How to Pause, update or Cancel Membership
Need to take a break? No Problem.
After your first 2 months of membership, you may pause your membership up to twice per calendar year for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months.
To request a pause, please complete this form at least 5 days before your desired pause start date.
We require a pause start date and a return date to set up a pause. If you're unsure of your exact return, that’s okay — pauses can be extended or shortened later by emailing us.
