*Please note that guests must be brand new to The Grinning Yogi.

Guest Pass FAQ
How do I cancel if my friend can no longer join?
Since the guest pass is tied to your friend’s account, they’ll need to log in and cancel the booking themselves. If they haven’t set up their password yet, they can do so here.
If they’re unable to access their account, just email us at hello@thegrinningyogi.com and we’ll help.
Do I get my guest pass back if my friend cancels?
If your friend cancels more than 12 hours before class, the guest pass will be returned to YOUR account.
If they cancel within 12 hours of class, the pass will be considered used.
When I book it says my friend already has an account. What do I do?
Guest passes are only for people who are brand new to Grinning and haven’t attended a class before.
If your friend is new but you’re seeing this message, please email us at hello@thegrinningyogi.com. You can also try booking with a different email address for your friend.
When does my monthly guest pass refresh?
Your guest pass automatically refreshes when your membership renews each month.
Does an unused guest pass rollover to the next month?
Guest passes do not roll over—they reset with each new billing cycle.
