Shannon Ryan
Shannon Ryan has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for nearly 10, and her classes (Vinyasa, Fundamentals, and Restorative) are rooted in one simple intention: yoga should be accessible, creative, and genuinely fun. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-time practice, you’ll find space to explore, play, and discover what yoga feels like in your body.
Shannon's goal is to support students in finding and developing an empowering, sustainable, and personal practice while building connection and community. Yoga is powerful on your own, but can be magic when practiced together.
Over the years, Shannon has had the joy of teaching beginners, kids, families, pre- and post-pregnancy students, individuals with special needs, and even puppy yoga classes. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where every body feels welcome.
Outside the studio, Shannon works in healthcare, fosters shelter animals, loves curating music playlists, and is probably listening to a true crime podcast.
