What are pre-recorded classes?
These are on-demand yoga classes you can stream anytime during the week—perfect for when your schedule doesn’t align with live classes or you want to practice on your own time.
At class time you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link and Spotify playlist.
What’s the class schedule?
We upload two new classes a week each Sunday. Sign up for any online class on our schedule for access to the current class with Jamie or Anja.
How much are online classes?
They’re included with unlimited memberships! You can also register with a class credit or purchase an online (only) drop in for $10.
How long do I have access?
You’ll have access to the current week’s videos until the following Sunday. If for someone reason you don’t get a chance to watch in time, email us and we’ll send you the latest class.
Can I pause or rewind?
Yes! These are full Zoom recordings, so you can pause and rewind as needed. Take breaks, revisit favorite moments, or modify your flow!
Can I share the link with a friend?
We love your generosity, but please don’t share the video link with others.

About Anja
Anja is a passionate human who finds joy in fusing her love of yoga, dance, breathwork, and teaching to create a class experience that is welcoming, honest, and non-competitive. Anja's classes offer a unique blend of fluidity, creativity, compassion, and playfulness. Her students often describe the experience as akin to dancing on the mat, where they connect deeply with their intuition and are given permission to explore their body's ever-changing needs.
Anja is known for curating playlists that synchronize with the flow, creating an atmospheric shift of energy that expands and contracts throughout the practice. Expect to move in ways that exceed your imagination, in a space that feels safe to take risks and surrender to the deep wisdom of you.
