An upcoming upgrade to our booking system
Dear Grinning Community,
We’d like to give you a quick heads-up that we’ll soon be switching our booking platform away from MindBody to a new provider. We’re making this change to offer a better experience for you, our teachers and staff.
No action is needed currently—we just want to keep you informed ahead of time.
We’ll send clear instructions closer to the transition date. And we’ll will be here to help every step of the way.

When is this switch happening?
We’re aiming for late February, but we’ll only announce the date switch when all the finishing touches are complete. We want to do our best to make sure this experience will be great for you! As soon as we have the date, we’ll update it here.
What does this switch mean for me?
What will change:
You’ll book classes through the new platform instead of Mindbody.
Your existing account details, class credits, and memberships will be migrated over to the new provider.
You’ll be asked to set a new login password.

Our class schedule
Our teachers
Our community
Your existing packages, credits, giftcards, and memberships
Will I need to create a new account?
No. You’ll just need to set a password on the new system - it should take just 20 seconds!
Will my memberships, packages, credits, and Giftcards move over?
Yes!
Is there anything else I should expect during the Transition?
As with any software transition, during the first week, things may feel slightly bumpy as we all get used to the change. We’ll do our best to make things as smooth as possible.
