Julia Aminov
Julia is a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching different varieties of vinyasa since 2018. She studied Neuroscience in university and is fascinated by the mind-body connection in movement and meditation.
She is passionate about helping her students find balance in their practice, and her classes are known to be both challenging and nurturing. Her classes inspire you to be curious, open minded and compassionate as you invest in both your body and mind through yoga. They offer insight into your own body so that you can learn how to feel best in each posture and lovingly connect to yourself and your surroundings.
Outside of yoga, Julia loves to travel, spend time with her family, partner and dog, cycle, and explore the outdoors. She moved to Seattle from the midwest seeking adventure and new experiences. She invests wholeheartedly into those around her and lives each day intentionally trying to embrace self-love, thoughtfulness, and growth.
