bianca calagiu
Bianca has been practicing yoga since she was 12 years old, and teaching since she was 17. She is passionate about creating accessible classes that offer people the opportunity to explore the mind-body connection.
Outside of teaching vinyasa, Bianca is a trauma- informed yoga instructor, having many hours of experience teaching yoga for eating disorders. She is also an Ayurvedic practitioner.
In her classes, you can expect mindful sequences linked to breath to find strength, nervous system regulation, compassion, and trust in your body. The emotional healing aspect of yoga has been very helpful for her own journey, and she feels so grateful to be able to share this practice with the community.
When she’s not on the mat, you can find her hiking with her dog, reading fantasy novels, or expanding her studies of herbalism.
