Ashley Kusch
My relationship with yoga has taught me many things, not least of all, what a privilege it is to teach!
In my classes I hope to create sequences that cultivate breath and body awareness, while also challenging the physical body and supporting the emotional mind. I believe yoga can be deeply healing, and I hope to offer safe space for any individual who comes to their mat to meet themselves honestly.
Yoga is a gift, and I am deeply grateful to have found (and be able to share) such a nurturing Practice!
