SHIFT paired with myofascial release shift goes next level, as you release and heal deep-seated emotions and reset habitual patterns. This *will* be your new favorite way to take care! 

All levels welcome, but recommended for students with a movement practice; please note- this is not a yoga class.

INVIGORATION + CATHARSIS WITH THE VOLUME TURNED UP!

SHIFT is a high energy, purifying, mind-body experience. Through straightforward, repetitive aerobic and anaerobic movements, SHIFT awakens the entire musculoskeletal system and invites the mind to release its resistive, self-critical habits. Although not a yoga class, participants will be instructed to remain connected to breath and honor their own personal needs and goals. Each class is set to a carefully curated playlist of heart-pumping songs and combines fiery physicality with deep stretching and cleansing meditation. SHIFT will strengthen your body, center your mind, and open your heart to the fullness of the present moment.
