Shelly Storm

Shelly has been studying meditation and yoga for over two decades. She is an Integrative Health Coach and a sincere devotee of Yoga. She got her 200-hour certification from 8 Limbs in 2016. Since then, Shelly has studied with many renowned teachers and is always learning and expanding her experience and knowledge of this lifelong practice by continuing to learn from her favorite and most influential teachers of past and present. Her love of health and movement led her to her mat.

You will find innovative, creative sequencing and dynamic flow when you practice with Shelly; her classes have been described as a beautiful and fun dance. Shelly has a sincere passion for mind, body, and spiritual connection, which you will feel through her practice. She encourages her students to find their edge through breath and focus. Shelly is playful, kind and loving; and finds ultimate joy watching the way yoga brightens people’s light!

When she is not on the mat, you will find her in the mountains with her dog, Si.
