Katie fell in love with yoga through the community at Grinning and has been an avid practitioner for years. She loves the way yoga reveals new truths to her through every practice, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.

Katie’s flows are highly personal and guided by the chakras. Expect opportunities to reflect, soften, and deepen your practice. Katie pays close attention to each student and offers adjustments to help you align each asana. Flows typically build to a peak pose or sequence, offering students new options to explore, as well as a restorative and nourishing end.
