Jai Hayden
Jai has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching since 2016. She has studied extensively with many highly regarded teachers including Jason Crandell, Sri Dharma Mittra, Kino MacGregor, Seane Corn, and she completed her 500 hour advanced training with Amy Ippoliti.
Jai guides students to deepening self-awareness through dynamic flow, intentional breathing and a playful mindset. Her classes are infused with thoughtful alignment, opportunities to challenge oneself, and moments of calm and self-reflection. She encourages students to honor their individual needs and creates a space to foster exploration, curiosity and possibility. She believes the yoga practice supports us in living a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
