I’m a great listener and I always want to be more involved in creative projects.

I express gratitude through touch and verbal appreciation
Why do you share yoga?
I started practicing yoga when I was 8 years old and it has been such an important part of my life that it is only natural to share my passion with others.
What is your favorite pose? Why?
Handstand, it is the pose which taught me how to move through fear and weakness within my practice.
When is the last time you laughed out loud?
About five minutes ago.
What makes you smile?
Thoughtfulness. random acts of kindness.
What does flow mean to you?
Moving gracefully with intention and strength.

I completed my 500 hour training in Hatha yoga in 2006, since then I have continued to study with Raghunatha Cappo (NYC), Ella Cojocaru (LA), as well as multiple Jiva Mukti and Prana Flow teachers. I’ve had a personal study of Vaishnava bhakti yoga, and yoga philosophy since 2004 which heavily influences my vinyasa classes.
