Arzu Cohen
Arzu spent many years working in the corporate world before discovering her true calling in teaching yoga. Movement has always been an integral part of her life, and now, with a dedicated yoga practice it has become her heart and soul.
As an internationally certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, Arzu has also studied Power, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative styles of yoga, along with mindfulness. She specializes in trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness and extends her compassionate, inclusive approach to marginalized communities, mental health, and eating disorder facilities.
Arzu is passionate about teaching yoga to individuals of all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Her goal is to help others experience healing, empowerment, and balance through their practice on the mat.
In her classes, she focuses on creating an accessible, safe enough and delightful space by incorporating breath, movement, and mindfulness.
Outside of teaching, Arzu enjoys practicing yoga outdoors, engaging in activities like swimming and paddleboarding, and exploring the world in search of her next retreat.
