I have been coined the positivity police. No matter the situation- all is all good. Chin up buttercup!
How do you express gratitude?
I believe the one of the most precious things you can share with others is your time. Being truly present and making yourself available to others is such a gift. I like to think I express gratitude by engaging and taking time to do things for and with others that is of personal importance to them.
Why do you share yoga?
I love facilitating a safe space for students to learn and explore in their own bodies. The physical practice of yoga is truly a vehicle to self discovery, physically, mentally and emotionally. You just gotta get in and go!
What’s your favorite yoga pose?
Oh baby- chair! Chair is totally a mind set. It is a GREAT way to get out of your comfort zone and learn about how you react in challenging situations. Oh and a great way to tone that booty!
When was the last time you laughed out loud?
HA! Daily. I never cease to crack myself up. Like seriously. I am sure you will catch me laughing at myself at least once during class.
What always makes you smile?
Puppies, double rainbows, and macaroons. Especially macaroons :)
What does flow mean to you?
Highs, lows, and everything in between. Constant movement and evolution!
What can our TGY friends expect from your class?
Lots of fun, fierce flow and self exploration, with an emphasis on not taking ourselves to seriously. I promise to take you off autopilot!
