What do you want your superpower to be?
Flying. Ever since seeing Peter Pan as a kid, it always stuck. Now thinking of life without traffic and a birds eye view while commuting, yes please!
How do you express gratitude?
Through affirmation and appreciation. That can come in the form of a note, a hug, or big smile.
Why do you share yoga?
I share yoga because I am grateful. I am grateful that yoga has shown me how to be present, to spend less time today thinking about tomorrow or yesterday. I am grateful for the opportunity to meet so many people with a shared passion. I am grateful that yoga continues to help me become a better friend, partner, daughter and colleague. I share yoga so I can use the gratitude from my experience to create a space for curiosity and self discovery, a mini vacation from a busy day, a chance to laugh and be playful.
What's your favorite yoga pose?
Trikonasana. There is always something to learn in that pose.
When was the last time you laughed out loud?
Daily! I can find comic relief on a daily basis.
What always make you smile?
My dog :)
What does flow mean to you?
Synchronizing breath, mind and movement. Mindful movement that allows you to open and awaken.
