About Our Advanced Training Program:
Our training sessions attract, challenge and cultivate independent thinkers with a longing to create positive impact. We challenge our graduates to live their yoga though mindfulness, vulnerability, self-care & embodiment.
We know that you have a busy life - we do too! We are mothers, business owners, therapists, students, partners and friends; as such, we have created unique path toward advanced certification with weekend intensives and weeklong retreats offered throughout the year. Fly solo with any one program for CE credit, or combine them to create a customized 300-hour certification, allowing you to register at the 500-hour level with the Yoga Alliance.
How does it work?
Our training has been thoughtfully crafted to bring you teachings that are both practical and inspiring for teachers and lovers of yoga. Each module is designed as a stand-alone course so that you can study at your own pace while taking the gems you learn directly into your personal practice and teaching. If you are ready to bring your teaching to the next level, this program is for you!
There will be immersions & workshops taught by Grinning Senior staff as well as intensives from internationally recognized expert guest teachers. Modules are offered throughout the year giving you the flexibility you need to make this program successful for you. The modules cover all the Yoga Alliance topics required for certification: Yoga Training & Techniques, Anatomy, Philosophy, Teaching Methodology, and Yoga Ethics. You have 3 years to finish the modules so you can pace the program to suit your budget and schedule.
